Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and [Company Legal Name] ("Autopubly", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Autopubly website, dashboard, and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Autopubly lets you connect your own social media accounts (currently Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn) and compose, schedule, and publish content to them from one dashboard. Autopubly is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, X Corp., or LinkedIn.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

When you connect a social account, you authorize Autopubly to publish content to it on your behalf using the permissions you grant during that platform's login flow. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings, or by revoking Autopubly's access directly in that platform's own app-permissions settings. You are solely responsible for content published through your connected accounts and for complying with each platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and advertising policies — Autopubly is a scheduling tool, not a publisher of record, and does not review content before it is posted.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and processed by our payment processor, Razorpay. Publishing actions consume credits allocated by your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refund is issued. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates a connected platform's policies;
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or account restrictions;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written consent;
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You retain all rights to the content you upload or create through Autopubly. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (for example, hosting media on our CDN so a connected platform's API can fetch it, or generating an image via a third-party AI tool at your request).

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure — including social platform APIs, Cloudinary (media hosting), Clipdrop (AI image generation), and Razorpay (payments). Your use of features built on these providers is also subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or acceptable-use decisions (for example, a platform revoking API access or rejecting a post).

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a scheduled post will publish successfully, as delivery depends on third-party platform APIs outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopubly's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g. India], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].
